121Deliveries is a real-time courier marketplace. We connect a single client with a single courier for a single active job. No batching. No commission on fares. No middleman taking a cut of the delivery.

Our model

Clients pay no platform fee. Couriers are charged £1.00 per completed delivery. Couriers pay a small per-delivery subscription (£0.20–£0.50) at the end of the billing cycle. The delivery fare itself is settled directly between client and courier.

Launching in Liverpool, expanding across the UK.

What we are not

• An employer — couriers are independent contractors.
